The representatives at Applied Capital are first in class when it comes to customer service.
The process we went through was over an extended time period and included a change in decision makers at a crucial point in the project. Rob remained unruffled and was a confident, accurate and a patient professional throughout. He was knowledgeable about the Eastside office market and all sub-markets we used for competitive information. He was an aggressive advocate for Anheuser-Busch, Inc. during the negotiating process.
In a marketplace where industrial properties are scarce, Sam Peterson showed remarkable diligence and determination to help our company find the right properties for our expansion.
Sam Peterson has represented R.D.Wing Co., Inc. for the past ten years as it relates to our manufacturing lease spaces. I would strongly recommend Sam in this capacity and continue to do so whenever I hear of someone looking for a good agent to represent them.
We engaged Applied Capital to begin a search process to determine the best short and long term solution for our Woodinville logistics facility…. We reduced our cost of tenancy by 26%. That is a pretty big number for a company of our size and we appreciate your help very much. Thanks and we will engage Applied Capital again.
